I find that clients are more successful if they have ongoing support and accountability, which is why I do not offer one-off appointments. Healing and habit change both take time.

Each package below provides you with an in-depth initial intake appointment, during which we will review your current nutrition and lifestyle habits as well as goals, preferences, and health history. This allows me to create recommendations that are personalized to you! At the report appointment, we will review all recommendations and set goals to get you started. Follow-up appointments are used to discuss progress, challenges, and come up with solutions to keep you on track.

All appointments are conducted virtually either via phone or through HIPAA-compliant video conferencing software. I am able to work with clients in Colorado as well as other states depending on individual state nutrition laws.
